No, you do not need to do a H&S test as you have just covered health and safety theory and practice during your assessment.
If you are a skilled worker and apply for the correct trade course, there is no reason you should not pass the assessment, but on our initial assessment we will tell you. So far we have never had someone who failed.
If you are registered, you can get temporary card on the next day.
If you have done a H&H test it in last 2 years, then no.

Yes. You can get an NVQ6 straight on from 0 if you are site manage with good experience and knowledge for example.
The quickest time is around 2 weeks. Normally, it takes a couple of months.
